There is a service charge to use this electronic payment service. OCWD receives only the amount listed on the invoice. PayGov.us receives the service charge.
To pay your bill through PayGov.us, please click here.
- Click “Make Payment” in upper right corner of page.
- Enter “Location Code”: 40450
- Click “Make Payment.”
- Enter all required information in the red blocks.
- Click all required check boxes to agree to payment.
- Click “Make Payment.”
- You will receive an email receipt with a transaction confirmation. Please retain that confirmation number for your records.
